What we require from every contractor.
We maintain strict standards so that every homeowner who comes to us gets a qualified, professional response. These are non-negotiable.
To join our network you must have:

Active IICRC Certification Current certification in biohazard remediation or a related IICRC discipline. We verify directly with the IICRC registry.

Valid State Contractor License An active state license in every state you operate in. Verified against official state databases.

Certificate of Insurance (COI) Current general liability insurance meeting minimum coverage thresholds. COI must be provided upfront.

15-Minute Callback Commitment You must commit to calling every matched lead within 15 minutes during business hours and within 30 minutes after hours.

Signed Contractor Agreement Agreement to our service standards including confidentiality, professional conduct, and response time commitments.

Most applications are reviewed within 1 business day. Once we've confirmed your IICRC certification, state license, and insurance, you'll receive an approval email with next steps to activate your account.
During the 30-day free trial you pay nothing. After the trial, leads are invoiced weekly. You choose whether you want shared leads ($50–80) or exclusive leads ($150–250) when you set up your account preferences.
You can set your availability in your account. If you're unavailable, you won't be matched to new leads during that period. We never charge you for a lead you weren't able to respond to within the required window.
Yes. You specify your service area (states and zip codes) and which service types you handle in your application. You'll only receive leads that match your specified area and capabilities.
No. There is no minimum commitment or lock-in contract. You can pause or cancel your account at any time. We believe the quality of our leads speaks for itself — we don't need to trap contractors into long-term agreements.
After 30 days you'll be invited to choose your lead preference — shared or exclusive — and set up billing. There's no pressure and no automatic charges. You only start paying when you actively choose to continue.
