State contractor licenses are checked against official state databases to confirm active, valid standing in their operating state.
Insurance (COI) Review
A current Certificate of Insurance is required and reviewed before listing. Coverage must meet minimum liability thresholds.
Contractor Agreement
Every contractor signs our service agreement, committing to response time standards, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
Ongoing monitoring: Credentials are not just checked once. We monitor for lapses in insurance, expired licenses, and certification renewals on an ongoing basis. Contractors who fall out of compliance are paused immediately.
