- You will engage directly and professionally with any matched contractor
4. No Service Guarantee
We do not guarantee that a matched contractor will be available, that they will respond within any specific timeframe, or that their services will meet your expectations. We will make reasonable efforts to match you with an appropriate contractor but cannot guarantee a match in all geographic areas.
5. Contractor Relationships
Contractors listed on our platform are independent third parties. We verify their credentials at the time of listing but are not responsible for their conduct, quality of work, pricing, or any damages arising from their services.
6. Fees
Use of BioRecoveryPro.com is free for Users seeking services. Contractors pay lead fees and subscription fees as outlined in the Contractor Agreement. We do not charge Users for referrals.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on BioRecoveryPro.com including text, graphics, logos, and design is the property of BioRecoveryPro.com and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use this website to:
- Submit false or fraudulent service requests
- Attempt to contact contractors outside of the platform to circumvent our referral system
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce our contractor listings
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable law
9. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Indemnification
